POLICIES
Our goal is to provide the best laundry service to our community while assisting others with employment. We hire only the best and most reliable staff to process your laundry with integrity and in a timely manner. In order to achieve this goal, we have setup specific policies and procedures to provide a friendly and timely service.
LAUNDRY CONDITION
We do our best to clean all types of laundry for our customers. Please check your pockets, unball your socks, and separate clothing that may have been removed together, like underwear and shorts or double shirts. We will also do our best to double-check before we wash your laundry. This ensures that all laundry is washed properly and delivered clean and crisp.
We ask that each customer shake loose excessive sand or dirt prior to bagging for pickup. Please do not include any hazardous items including blood stains, human excrement, or similar types of soils. We ask this to avoid contamination of our machines and for the safety of our staff. We will return any laundry that meets this criteria unclean with a note stating why. Thank you in advance for your consideration!
STAIN REMOVAL
For the best outcome please separate, pre-treat and identify any items in an order that require special attention for stain removal. We will do our absolute best to remove stains without damaging the item. Please note that not all stains can be removed by any method if they have been set in the fabric or for various other reasons.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY STANDARDS
Our drivers are not permitted to enter the home of a client during pickup or delivery for safety and health reasons. . We ask that laundry be left at a doorstep or other area that you specify that is easily accessible to our staff. If you wish to hand off your order we will do our best to accommodate a 30 minute window for this purpose and communicate via text when we are on the way. We do this for your convenience and to help maintain our route-scheduled pickups and deliveries. Should you require an exception, please let us know when placing your order or phone us in advance at 772.607.4241.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will do our best to accommodate special requests for laundry processing including those for delicate fabrics or items that you prefer to air dry or dry on low heat. Please separate these items and include specific instructions when placing your order. Additional fees or time frames may apply depending on the request.
INSURANCE
If you are unhappy with your laundry service, please give us a call so that we can discuss the details and provide a solution that makes it right. Should accidents beyond our control occur (machines do break down), rest assured, we are fully insured.

ABOUT
Treasure Coast Laundry Lady Muse Rosemary Keller
TC Laundry Lady was created in memory of my Mom, pictured here as a young woman. She was raised in a family with seven children, where clothing and linens needed to go a long way and were shared and handed down to younger siblings. Her father worked in a clothing factory. His job was to press and fold finished clothing items for delivery. It was an art form that was brought home and taught to his children. They learned how to remove stains, brighten whites, and naturally clean clothing with everyday household products, like vinegar, from my grandmother who learned from her mother. These traditional techniques were handed down along with the pride of a job well done. My parents motto was "Any Job Big or Small, Do it Right or Not At All!" It is a way of life that we are proud of to this day.
We have incorporated modern methods of maintaining fabrics and quality linens according to today's specifications and machine capabilities. We offer these services to our community with respect to the old way of doing things in a modern society. Our staff consists of local community members from seniors to stay at home moms who take pride in their work, offer their skills when possible and make some extra spending money for the good things in life or to at times to help pay the bills.
